Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact hello@kwzki.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item -- we'll make it right at no cost to you.
